Paris Property management provides a large panel of property management services either for your main residence or for your second home. Whether your needs are occasional or on a regular basis, our home management services are the most flexible and personalised to match your requirements only. - Quick cleaning for the arrival of the owners/guests: Vacuum cleaning and dusting each room in the property. - Major cleaning after each departure of the owners/guests: Vacuum and wash floors, dust, clean bathroom and kitchen, WCs, mirrors, wash sheets and towels. (Does not include laundry cost) - Post pick-up: Other than the pick-up included in the monthly assistance. - Cleaning during your stay: Vacuum and wash floors, dust, WCs. - "Le marché" Food shopping (with list): Does not inlcude shopping costs. - Watering exterior and interior plants. - Administrative/PA tasks: Write and send letters, phone calls. - Looking after service contracts: EDF/GDF, insurance, phone, internet etc. - Receipt of home deliveries: Furniture, appliances, etc. - Assistance at your property: Any help we provide at your property that requires a specific approach (internet, TV connection etc.) - Welcoming guests: Provide a set of keys, quick inventory of the apartment, use of appliances. - Full inventory of the apartment: At the arrival and departure of the CLIENT (with technical data sheet, EDF/GDF meter readings etc.) - Check-out guests: Collect keys from guests, check apartment before departure. - Organisation and supervision of renovation work. - Assist in purchasing/selling your property: thanks to our experience in the property business we can help you through all the steps of selling or buying a property in Paris. - Supervise removals: we can organise/supervise the removal company for you to make sure the whole removal process goes smoothly - Small renovation work "bricolage": Manage repairs (does not include the repair costs) - Representing your rights at the annual co-ownership assembly and other meetings: Send a report to you by e-mail in English or in French. - Inspection of the property other than the inspections included in the monthly assistance. - Organisation of trips, booking of flights, car rentals, shuttle to/from airport etc. - Reservations: Restaurant, theater, taxis reservations or any further service which does not require a specific approach. - Private conciergerie services: Luxurious services to enjoy your stay in Paris! - SOS repairs: Plumber, electrician, locksmith etc. - Installation of computer, Hi Fi, TV equipment etc. - Miscellaneous: Specific service you would need which is not mentioned above. |
